In 1967, the lawyers Óscar Alzaga Villamil and Gregorio Marañón y Bertrán de Lis, prominent members of the university, political and business spheres of this country, founded the Firm with the clear vocation to provide high quality counsel, close to the client and authentically interdisciplinary.

Forty years later our Firm has become, thanks to these and many other expert lawyers in all fields of law, one of the most renowned of the national panorama.
At the same time, the Firm founded in 1990 a legal network called ‘IberForo’, which incorporates a number of first-rate law firms in most major Spanish cities, dispersed throughout the country, with the fundamental aim of providing legal advice in accordance with the necessities and requirements of enterprises and individuals.
